Hallo

when i open the menu preferences, the system give me this error

"access violation at address 004948f4 in module 'load.exe'. Read of address 00000004"

how can i resolve this problem?

Please check if you have concurrent graphics drivers, and that you are using the latest version 1.4 .

We've had a couple of users in the past where the problem didn't go away after updating for some reason. If that is the case, we can help you change your settings through the Windows Registry.
