I have written 3-4 emails for this matter. However, I have not received reply.
Now,I use the Version: 1.40 Load! of your compay's product.
However, I couldn't register successfully either including my name information or deleting my name infromation. There is still the the same problem show on the screen as attached"Did you enter everything EXACTLY as shown the registration form? "

KeyCode :
KeyCode is not convenient to show.
Please advise how to solve this problem.
